The Guardian Angel Meditation is suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience.
It is a specific meditation to help the individual connect and communicate with their guardian angel and to receive guidance from them.
The first track is an introduction and gives advice on meditating, aids to meditation and interpreting the responses. When you have become familiar with it you will no longer need to listen to the CD and can vary the process according to your own requirements, choice of music and the amount of time available to you.
