Reiki is an ancient healing tool designed to enhance self healing on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
It is non-invasive and can do no harm.
Reiki is particularly useful as an aid to relaxation and stress relief.
Many physical ailments may be traced to imbalances in the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Reiki channels energy to help clear blocks which may be causing dis-ease in the physical body.
During a Reiki session the client remains fully clothed and relaxes on a treatment couch whilst the practitioner channels the energy.

After a session the client may be so relaxed that it can be some time before they wish to alight from the couch.
For this reason a half hour session of Reiki may well occupy a full hour of the clients and therapists time.
